Members Forms: To access the Donation Record Form which can be used to track purchases made by members, either click here or go to the Downloads tab under Members Page at the top.
Electronic Giving: The enrollment form is available by clicking on the "Downloads" tab under the Members Page heading above. Any new members choosing to enroll or any existing members that need to make changes to their e-giving, please complete the form, then return to the treasurer or bookkeeper through the church office. Vanco's Give+ may also be initiated by going to the Give Online tab and applying through their website.
